Policies

SPA FACILITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY

At the time of booking, please have a credit card ready and inform our receptionist if you have any special needs, are pregnant, have health concerns, or mobility issues. We have male and female practitioners, if you have a preference, please notify us at the time of booking. Respectfully, we ask that if you are sick with a cold, flu or anything potentially contagious that you reschedule your appointment and visit us when you are well. We ask that all guests abstain from the use of drugs or alcohol while visiting the spa as we strive to create a place for mindfulness, health, comfort, and safety for all practitioners and guests.

Hygiene and sanitation are a top priority. We have a strict health and safety protocols in place. We are in complete compliance with the Guidelines for Personal Service Establishments set out by the Ministry of Health. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding our procedures. Due to the intimate nature of our services, we kindly ask all guests to have a shower on the day of appointments.

SPA ATTIRE AND VALUABLES

Robes and slippers are provided for spa services upon check in. Streetwear may be worn in our nail salon for those short on time. Bathing suits are required in the Waterknot. In order to ensure your comfort, your therapist will professionally drape you during treatments. We ask that you leave valuables at home, as we cannot accept responsibility for property loss during your visit.

ARRIVAL

Please check in no later than 15-20 minutes before your appointment. Please be aware that if you are running late, your spa treatment may be shortened or cancelled to honour the next guest. Full treatment charges will apply. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment with us in order to fill our your New Guest form.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have reserved your appointment time especially for you. We require 24 hours notice for regular bookings and 48 hours for group bookings or Retreat Packages. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in full charges of the scheduled treatments.

SPA ETIQUETTE

We kindly request that guests speak softly to respect other guests visiting us. We are happy to offer a cell phone free space. We kindly ask that all phones be turned off upon arrival in consideration of other guests and to ensure that you are not disturbed during your time with us. Please do not use your cell phone while checking in or out at our reception desk.

We kindly ask that children are not brought into treatment areas unless for scheduled appointments or with prior permission from the Spa Manager.

SPA FACILITY

We welcome your visit to our beautiful space. We are located in a beautiful three-story heritage building in the heart of downtown Victoria. We have locker rooms for men and women, a 5-part sensory experience treatment, an exclusive lounge area for up to 10 guests, and 18 treatment areas.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation of excellence. You can choose to add a gratuity to a gift certificate. A 15% gratuity will be added to all group bookings of four or more.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for spa services or for the boutique. They are non-refundable. You must bring your gift certificate with you if you wish to use it to pay for your treatments or services. If you do not have your gift certificate with you, you are welcome to use it for your next visit. Any balance remaining on the gift certificate will be posted to your account for use at a later date.

PARKING

Receive your first hour free in the Yates and Centennial Square parkades located within a short distance of the spa. There is street parking for a maximum time of 90 minutes. Please use the parkade, if you plan to visit us (including check in and check out time) for more than 90 minutes. We want your time with us to be worry-free.
